Any item with live stock we suggest express shipping and cold/heat pack. If more than 60% are dead we will replace free of charge however customer must pay for shipping / options.

Any Free Samples given are at the option of our store. If original option is not available a substitute will be given.
Restocking fees are 15%. Special order items cannot be returned.
Color Requests are not a guarantee of getting but a first choice if we have that color in stock.
Due to the nature of monitors colors may appear different in person.
For any item that is returned that originally had free shipping the customer will not be reimbursed our cost of the original shipment to them.
Due to the nature of the product there may be some imperfections which may include imperfect issues such as, box paint shelf wear, creases etc. We will of course do our best to pick great quality products however and any major issue we see when packing we will inform you. Due to these variations however we will not be able to accept exchanges on any Funko products. Due to the limited availability of all items if you decide to cancel any order orders you will receive a refund minus 10% of your total.
